To document and share cross-cultural learning experiences in a global forum and to help bridge the digital gap; connecting those whose opportunities for advancement are limited by inaccessibility  with those whose possibilities for development are opened up by Internet access. All artists, teachers, students, parents and members of the global community are invited to contribute to the dialog through the  exchange of word and image.
